A small software workshop for one family.
We build tools we actually use at home, one season at a time. The name is the idea: every year the same rituals come back, and the software should get wiser each time around.
Current project: The Huddle
The Huddle is a private NFL pick'em for our household. Each week, family members pick game winners on their phones, picks lock at kickoff, and a standings board keeps score for the season. It is not a public product: there is no signup, no marketing, and no users outside our family.
Alongside the pick'em, the app shows each family member a read-only view of their own team in our private Yahoo Fantasy Football league — matchup, roster, and standings — so the weekly family recap can mention how everyone's fantasy team is doing.

What the Yahoo integration does
- Reads league settings, teams, weekly matchups, rosters, and standings for one private league.
- Refreshes twice a week during the NFL season (after waivers and after final scores).
- Shows each family member only their own team and the league standings.
It does not write anything back to Yahoo, does not access any other Yahoo service, and does not share data with third parties.
